Pear Bureau Northwest is a non-profit marketing organization established in 1931 to promote fresh pears grown in Washington and Oregon. The organization represents nearly 800 grower families, who are responsible for producing 88% of U.S. commercial, fresh pear crop under the USA Pears brand name. Pear Bureau produces a robust collection of tools for Registered Dietitians, including primary research and nutrition content, images, recipes and consumer materials to share with clients.
