Liz’s Healthy Table

Liz Weiss, MS, RDN is a mom of two grown boys with a specialty in family nutrition. She’s the voice behind the family food blog and podcast, Liz’s Healthy Table, and she’s written several cookbooks including the playful coloring e-cookbook series, Color, Cook, Eat!, No Whine with Dinner, and The Moms’ Guide to Meal Makeovers. Liz is a contributor to Today’s Dietitian magazine and blog and a sought-after speaker, cooking instructor, and spokesperson. Liz is a former CNN producer and reporter, and she appears frequently on Boston television. For more than a decade, Liz has worked as a nutrition educator and cooking teacher for the Massachusetts-based program, Kids Cooking Green. She was the 2015 recipient of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics prestigious Media Excellence Award.
