Meghan Sedivy RD, LDN is the Media Spokesperson, Corporate Registered Dietitian and Health and Wellness Strategy Manager for Fresh Thyme Market. In this role, she supports health and wellness programming, customizes educational experiences both on and off the camera and partners with key vendors and brands within the industry to help meet customers on their health and wellness journey. As a motivating, enthusiastic and passionate dietitian she has delivered over 100 media placements over the past 5 years including Fox 6 Real Milwaukee, Fox 2 St. Louis, Fox 8 Cleveland, Women’s Health Online, and NBC News Online. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois and completing her Dietetic Internship at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York she has over 13 years’ experience in the health and wellness field. Meghan has always been passionate about health and wellness, she believes that all foods fit and with proper nutrition communication messaging, she can help others create simple eating solutions to help them on their health and wellness journey. As a true foodie at heart, she enjoys cooking for her family and friends, being active and spending time with her daughter.
