Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400◦.
- Peel rutabaga with vegetable peeler.
- Slice rutabaga into a French fry style cut.
- Drizzle cut rutabaga with extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt. Spread rutabaga onto parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and season with truffle salt to desired taste.
