Pineapple Salsa

Ready in only 10 minutes, this tangy salsa doubles as a complementary sauce for grilled chicken or seafood AND as an appetizer to enjoy with your favorite baked chips.

Instructions

Blend pineapple, bell pepper, onion, lemon juice, cilantro and jalapeno pepper in medium bowl. For a richer taste, refrigerate, covered for 4 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with grilled chicken or seafood or as an appetizer with chips.

Each serving provides: An excellent source of vitamin C, and good source of vitamin A.
