Elevate spiralized veggies, grilled eggplant or a simple plate of fresh tomatoes with this unique homemade pesto.

Instructions

  1. Process spinach, basil, tarragon, pistachios, garlic, lemon zest and juice, and salt in a food processor until a thick paste forms, about 30 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  2. With machine running, slowly add oil and water and process until mixture is mostly smooth.
