Top 10 Ways to Enjoy Tomatillos
Vitamin A-Rich Breakfast. Toast a whole wheat English muffin and top with slices of tomatillos, apricots, and low-fat Swiss cheese. It’s a simple but filling breakfast that gives your body a jolt of vitamin A!
Gazpacho. Finely dice fresh tomatillos, cucumbers, green onion, green peppers and other favorite vegetables. Add to tomato juice with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and a splash of cider vinegar.
