Chef and Registered Dietitian Jessica Foust is the Vice President of Culinary Innovation and Nutrition for The Food Group. Over the last 15+ years of her career, she has provided culinary and nutrition direction in restaurants, hotels, manufacturing, health care and spa settings across the country. Chef Jess has led menu strategy and development for some of the smallest restaurant concepts (Farmers Fridge) to the largest (McDonald’s) with a mission to positively influence the way the world eats.
