Use up your avocados with this cool & creamy treat!
Instructions
- Deseed avocados and remove from skin.
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into ice cream maker. Follow your device’s instructions to prepare the ice cream.
- If you’re not using an ice cream maker, pour mixture into a freezer-safe bowl. Stir every hour and freeze until firm.
- Top with your favorite toppings like peanuts, sliced bananas, toasted coconut or crushed peppermint candies!
Recipe Notes:
- If you don’t drink milk, use almond milk or any diary alternative.
- No sweetened condensed milk? Try honey, brown rice syrup, or just plain white sugar dissolved into a milk alternative. Start with 4 Tbsp.
- No Greek Yogurt? No problem. Skip it!
