This simple and flavorful Green Onion Dip is the perfect appetizer for your backyard chillin' n grillin' sesh.
Instructions
- In food processor, purée green onions, garlic, spinach, oil and tarragon 1 minute or until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper; purée 30 seconds or until well combined. Makes about 2 ½ cups.
- Garnish dip with extra green onions, if desired.
- Serve dip with your favorite fresh vegetables and crackers.
