Instructions
- Place the grapes into a large bowl. Juice the limes into the bowl. Stir to combine. Let soak in the lime juice for 5-10 minutes.
- Place half of the grapes into a separate bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Toss to combine. Spread the grapes out evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Take the other half of the grapes, add to the separate bowl just used. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar and the 1 tablespoon of Tajin seasoning. Toss to combine. Spread grapes out evenly on to the remaining half of the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet into the freezer for 2-3 hours. Once completely frozen, the grapes can be transferred into an airtight container for storage. Store in the freezer and take out when ready to enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
You want to transfer the grapes after they soaked in the lime juice to a different bowl before coating in the sugar and sugar-Tajin mixture so it doesn’t completely dissolve.
When enjoying – either keep each half of the batch separate for those who have a sweet tooth versus want the savory option; or combine together for a true sweet & savory combo experience!
