If Asian takeout is one of your family favorites on those hectic nights, then this meal is for you! It’s quick, flavorful, and uses cauliflower rice as the base.
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, peas and bell pepper and sauté just until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage and rice and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and vinegar and heat another minute.
