8 ounces sliced mushrooms, washed
2 Bell Peppers, any color, washed and sliced into strips
1 jar of Barbecue Sauce 18 ounces (Sugar Free if desired)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Mix to coat ingredients with barbecue sauce.
- Cook in slow cooker/crock pot on high for 2 to 3 hours.
